<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, MARK N.
<br />MORGAN AND ISABEL M��AN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank
<br />as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated February �, 2008, and recorded on
<br />February 12, 2008, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrurnent
<br />Number 200801122 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the praperty held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person ar persons entitled thereto.
