<br />SW's) except for the South Twenty-Eight (28) Feet of the
<br />iortheast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE's SW's}, all
<br />in Section Fourteen (14), Township Nine (9) North, kange
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.E4., in x~all County, Nebraska,
<br />cansisting of 79 Acres, more or less.
<br />TO HAvE AND i'O HaLD the premises, together with ali tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees
<br />as joint tenants and not as tenants in common.
<br />Grantors covenant with Grantees that Grantors:
<br />1. Are lawfully seised of the real Estate, that it is free from
<br />liens and encumbrances, and that it is Conveyed subject to covenants,
<br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
<br />2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the real estate.
<br />3. Warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the
<br />lawful claims of all perspns.
