<br />If the amount of the Funds held by Lender, together with the future monthly installments of Funds
<br />payable prior to the due dates of texas, assessments, insurance premiums and ground Tents, shall exceed
<br />tho amount required to pay said taxed, assessments, insurance premiums and ground rents as they fall due,
<br />such excess shall be, at Borrower's option, either promptly re aid to Borrower or credited to Borrower on
<br />monthly installments of Funds. If the amount of the Funds held by Lender shall not be suf&cient to pay
<br />tarxea, assessments, insurance premiums and graund rents as they fait due, Borrower shall pay to Lender
<br />any amount ne>.cessary tv rnako up the deficiency a~zthin thirty days after notice from Lender to Borrower
<br />requesting payment thereof, or Harrower shall, by an increase in monthly installents of Funds requirecJ,
<br />repay the deficiency within the Fund accounting period.
<br />Upon payment in full of all sums secured by this iVtortgage, Lander shall apply Funds held as a credit
<br />against all sums clue.
