<br />1. That I am the Secretary of The Abundant Life Christian Center, foxwerly
<br />known as The Assembly of God Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska non-
<br />profit corporation.

<br />2. That on •"r~ ~' ~.1 , 1979, Thomas L. Hawkins, Harry Lilienthal,
<br />Jr., and Leo C. Stain r are three duly elected Trustees of The Abundant Life
<br />Christian Center, and Donald E. Arnold is the duly elected President of The
<br />Abundant Life Christian Center,
<br />3. That The Abundant Life Christian Center holds regular weekly meetings
<br />and that the following notice was announced by reading the same at two consecu-
<br />tive regular meetings on February 14, 1978, and on February 26, 1978.
<br />4~ That the following notice was publicly read from the pulpit of The
<br />Abundant wife Christian Center, Grand Island, Nebraska, on Sunday, February 19,
<br />1978, and on Sunday, February 26, 1478, and that the notice had been posted near
<br />the front door of said church for more than ten (10) days prior to March 5,
<br />1978, to-wit:
<br />Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of March, 1478, at 2:~?
<br />o`clock p.m., there will. be a meeting of the members of the Church for
<br />the purpose of suthoriving the Trustees to aubd;vide and sell the
<br />present 5.2 acre bui3.ding site located at State axed Hancock Stx•eeta in
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, legally described as a tract of land caspriaing
<br />all of Lot One (I}, Imperial pillage Fourth Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Zsland, Hall County, Nebraska, containing 5.13 acres more or leas.
<br />5• That pursuant to said notice and at the time and place mentioned
<br />therein, there was duly held a meeting of the members of The Abundant Life
<br />Christian Center, at which meeting the adoption of the following ~aczlutiam was
