<br />An ordinance creating Street Improvement District *;o. 931; defining the boundaries of
<br />the district; providing foz the improvement of streets within the district by~paving;
<br />guttering, and ail incidental work in connectio^. therewith; and to provide for an effective
<br />date of this ordinance,
<br />' BE IT ORDAINED BY T'riE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF T1iE CITY OF CRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br />SECTION I. Street Improvement District No. 99i in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />is hereby created.
<br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the North line of Eleven.Ch Street, said point being
<br />200 feet, or 60.460 meters East of the EasC line of Boggs Street; thence
<br />running Suuch on a line parallel to and 200 feet, or 60.960 meters, East of
<br />the Easc line of Boggs Street for a distance of 340 feet, or 103.b32 meters,
<br />co the South line of Tenth Street; thence running West on the South line of
<br />Tenth Street for a distance of 550 Feet, or 167.640 meters, to a point 300
<br />feet, qr 91.440 meters, Wesc of the West line of Boggs Street; thence running
<br />North en a lino parallel to and 300 feet. qr 91.440 rosters, West nF the West '
<br />line of Boggs Street for a distance of 340 feet, or 103.637. meters, to the
<br />North line of Eleventh Street; ehcnce running East on the North line of
<br />Eleventh Street for a distance of 550 feet, or Lb7.640 meters, co a point
<br />200 €eet, or 60,460 meters, East of the East line of BaFfis Street, thing
<br />the point of beginning„ ail as shown qn the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached
<br />hereto and incorporaced.herein by reference.
<br />SECTXGN 3. Tha following,streets in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing,
<br />guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith:
<br />Boggs Avenue from Tenth Street [o Eleventh Street.
<br />Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the
<br />Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council.
<br />SEC:IGN ti, The improvements shall be made ac public cost, but the cost thereof,
<br />+axcluding intersections, shall be assess2d upon the lots and lands in the district specially
<br />bane~ited thereby, as provided by law,

<br />SEGTLON b. After passage, approval, and puhlisation of Lhis ordinance, notice of cha
<br />creation of sairi district shall ba published in chs,Grand Island Daily Zndependene, a legal
<br />aewapapar published and of general circulation in said City, as provided by law.
