Sanitary Sewer District No. 446 of the City of Grand island, :~+ebraska, <br />is hereby created fox the laying of s ten-inch, or 25.40 centimeters, vitrified clay or <br />polyvinalchioride plastic pipe, line, and appurtenances thereto. <br />SECTION 2. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifi- <br />sations pregared by the Engineer for the City who shall estimate the cost thereof, and <br />submit the same Co the City Council, and upon approval of the same, bids for the construction <br />of such sanitary sever shall be taken and contracts entered into ire the manner provided by law. <br />SECTION 4. The cost of construction of such improvements shall be assessed against <br />the property within the district abutting upon the street or other right-of-way within which <br />such sanitary sewer main will be constructed within such sewerage district to the extent of <br />benefits to such pragerty by reason of such improvement, and a special tax shall be levied <br />at one time to pay for such cast of construction as coon as can be ascertained, as provided <br />Z+9 2aw; and, provided fw:thar, ouch special tax and aso+ess~nts shall coastitut• a sinking <br /> <br />
