<br />Wallace F. Jakob and Carolyn Bi11s, Personal Representatives
<br />of the Estate of Alma Jakob, deceased, pursuant to authority granted
<br />by the Last Will and Testament of Alma Jakob, deceased, in consid-
<br />eration of Twenty One Thousand Dollars ($21,000.00), received from
<br />grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF GRAND ISLAND, iN THE COUNTY
<br />OF HALL, IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA,
<br />grantee, the following described real property:
<br />Lot Seven (7}, Block Ten (10), Scarff's Addition
<br />to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with
<br />all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever
<br />of said deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto telonging
<br />unto the grantee and to grantee's successors and assigns forever,
<br />and the grantors hereby covenant that the real property herein
<br />described is free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by
<br />anv claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Alma Jakob, de-
<br />ceased.
