Mayer, being first duly sworn on his oath, <br />deposes and says that he is ane of the attorneys for the <br />Stoltenberg Cabinet ~ Building Products, Inc. a Nebraska <br />corporation. That on the 26th day of April, 1979 a <br />Mechanics' Lien was filed against: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(NW'~SW~) also known as part of Lot Four (4) Island in <br />Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9}, West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point four hundred eight and seventy- <br />seven hundredths (400.77) feet south of the Northwest <br />corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section twenty-seven <br />(27), Township Eleven (12) North, Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6th P.M. Hall County, NE, thence running easterly <br />and parallel to the northerly line of the said southwest <br />quarter a distance of four hundred thirty-three (433') <br />feet; thence southerly and parallel to the west Line of <br />said southwest quarter a distance of two hundred •forty <br />feet (240'); thence westerly and parallel to the northerly <br />line of said southwest quarter for a distance of four <br />hundred thirty-three (433) feet; thence northerly along <br />the east line of South Locust Street for a distance of <br />two hur_dred-forty feet (240') to the place of beginning. <br />That on the same date, by United States First Class Mail, notice <br />of such filing was sent to the record title owners of said <br />premises, namely, Prairie Datsun, Inc. at 2815 S.
