Mudloff and Shirlee J. ~~5. ~j0 <br />Mudloff, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto David R. Benson and Susan K.
