<br />WHEREAS, the. undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under C~

<br />the Deed(s) of Trust dated June 20, 2006 and August 9, 2007, executed by Jeanne E. Williams, ~
<br />a/k/a Jeanne Williams, A Single Woman, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and ~ G
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on July 6, 2006, recorded as Instrument No. 0200606022 and as Instrument No.
<br />0200606023, and on August 15, 2007, recorded as Instrument No. 0200706984, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />All of the West One Third (W1/3) of Lot One (1), Excepting the North Two Hundred
<br />Eleven (211) Feet thereof, in Windolph's Subdivision of a part of the West Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (W1/2NE1/4) and a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2NW1/4) of Section
<br />Fourteen (14), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian,
<br />AND SEE ATTACHED "EXHIBIT A"
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 19~'_ tober, 2009.
