<br />.. SHERIFF'S DEED -UNDER FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE OR TAX L`)''1JN
<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall County, 11`h Judicial District of the
<br />State of Nebraska, Case No. CI08-938, wherein SITUS, LLC, Plaintiff, and ED WIETZKI and
<br />LILLIAN WIETZKI, ET AL, Defendants, did obtain a decree finding that there is due from ED
<br />WIETZKI and LILLIAN WIETZKI, ET AL, the sum of UNKNOWN AMOUNT.
<br />WHEREAS, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by said ED WIETZKI and LILLIAN WIETZKI, ET AL, that Jerry
<br />Watson, Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter
<br />described to be and sold according to law to pay the same, and,
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said county, under and by
<br />virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on the 10th day of
<br />September, 2009, in the lower ~obby of the Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, in said County
<br />of Hall, Nebraska, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once in each week for four successive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general
<br />circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to JAMES AND SANDRA
<br />J. SACK for the sum ofTwenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($25,500.00), which sale was
<br />afterward examined and confirmed and the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff, ordered to convey the said
<br />premises in fee simple to the said JAMES AND SANDRA J. SACK, and,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, Nebraska, as
<br />aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the
<br />decree of said court, da hereby give, grant and convey to the said JAMES AND SANDRA J. SACK
<br />and their assigns, the premises sa as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br />LOT 9, BLOCK 15, IN WALLICH' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />To Have and to Hold the Same unto the said JAMES AND SANDRA J. SACK their assigns forever,
<br />free and clear of any and all liens foreclosed in the above mentioned action.
