<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ~"~ day of October, 2009, CitiIvlortgage, Inc., as the
<br />plaintiff, "filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Enrique M. Martinez, as the
<br />defendant, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust
<br />executed by said Enrique M. Martinez, an unmarried man, to First American Title Company, as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named
<br />defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated
<br />December 12, 2007, and was recorded on December 17, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200710482 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10) of Abraharnson's Subdivision Number Three (3), located on and being a
<br />Subdivision of Block Twenty (20), Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment recorded on
<br />September 28, 2009 as Instrument No. 0200907791 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska.
