Horn, Trustor, <br />under a trust deed executed December 19, 2008 and filed December 24, 200$ at <br />10:08 a.m. in the real estate records of Hall County, Nebraska (Hall County <br />Document #0200810370). <br />The property of the trust is described as follows: <br />The Easterly half ('/z) of Lot Nineteen (19) and all of Lot Twenty <br />(20), Block Six (6), in Ashton Place, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A breach of an obligation for which the above trust property was conveyed <br />as security has occurred, the nature of such breach being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Shari L. Ham failed to make payments as required by her <br />promissory note dated December 19, 2008, which payments <br />were secured by the deed of trust described above. <br />The trustee hereby gives notice of his election to sell or cause to be sold <br />the trust property identified above to satisfy such obligation. <br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing for record of <br />this notice of default and the obligation and trust deed may be thereby reinstated, <br />as provided in Neb. Rev~'~tat: §'T~=Yn1~; by'~iay`ri~e~it afthe ~n~ti~e otrrit in <br />default, together with trustee's fees and expenses. <br />The amount of the entire unpaid principal sum secured by the trust deed, as <br />of September 3, 2009 is $44,934.09. <br />The amount of interest accrued thereon to and including September 3, <br />2009, the date of this notice, is $1,406.54. <br />/l- ~ <br />The per diem interest accruing from and after September 3, 2009, is <br />$11.6951. <br />
