Horn, Trustor, under a trust deed executed December 19, 2008 and filed December 24, 200$ at 10:08 a.m. in the real estate records of Hall County, Nebraska (Hall County Document #0200810370). The property of the trust is described as follows: The Easterly half ('/z) of Lot Nineteen (19) and all of Lot Twenty (20), Block Six (6), in Ashton Place, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. A breach of an obligation for which the above trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach being more particularly described as follows: Shari L. Ham failed to make payments as required by her promissory note dated December 19, 2008, which payments were secured by the deed of trust described above. The trustee hereby gives notice of his election to sell or cause to be sold the trust property identified above to satisfy such obligation. The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing for record of this notice of default and the obligation and trust deed may be thereby reinstated, as provided in Neb.
