Wichtoski and Gretchen ~ <br />B. Wichtoski, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar `~ ~ <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, ~' <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Alfred J. Starzec and Joni S.
