<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dawn Peard, a
<br />single person, Trustor(s), to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated November 20,.2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded December 1, 2008 as Document
<br />Na. 2008-09767 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially satisfied and said
<br />beneficiaries have requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:

<br />Lot One (1), in Park-View Second Subdivision, and the South Half (S'/x) of Lot Thirty-
<br />Nine (39), in Block D, Park-View Subdivision, bath Additions to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, EXCEPTING certain tracts
<br />therefrom as shown in deed recorded as Instrument No. 87-102613; and deed recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 87-106566; and deed recorded as Instrument No, 87-106549.
