<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dawn G
<br />Peard, a single person, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated lVlay 10, 2007 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May lb, 2007 as Instrument
<br />Number 200703981 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated
<br />indebtedness of $115,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Parcel# 1
<br />Lot One (1), in Park-View Second Subdivision, and the Sauth Half (S 1/z) of Lot Thirty-Nine
<br />(39), in Block D, Park-View Subdivision, both Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, EXCEPTING certain tracts therefrom
<br />as shown in deed recorded as Instrument No. 87-102613; and deed recorded as Instrument No.
<br />87-106566; and deed recorded as Instrument No. 87-106549.
