<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN th ~ y of July, 2009, CitiMortgage, Inc., as the
<br />plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Jon L. Heider and
<br />Kerry L. Heider, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting,
<br />to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Jon L. Heider and Kerry L. Heider, husband and wife, to First
<br />American Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
<br />acting solely as Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the
<br />real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real
<br />estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to
<br />obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated January 30, 2008, and was recorded on
<br />February 1, 2008, as Instrument No. 0200800822 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit:
