NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned is the Trustee under. a Trust Deed executed by <br />John D. Hells and Elizabeth D. Hells, Husband and Wife, as Trustors <br />on February 12, 2001, in which Mountain West Financial, Inc., was <br />named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on <br />February 16, 2001 in Instrument No. 0200101182 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned to Fleet National Bank on February 12, 2001 and recorded <br />on February 16, 2001 at Instrument No. 0200101183 in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust <br />was assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. on <br />February 12, 2001 and recorded on November 13, 2001 at Instrument <br />No. 0200111513. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Truster's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. <br />of the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
