<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RUDOLF
<br />F PLATE AND JEANNICE R PLATE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND TIM C PLATE, AN
<br />UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee
<br />and Beneficiary, dated JULY 31, 1998, and recorded AUGUST 3, 1998 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, in Book , Page /as Instrument No. 98- 107526/on
<br />Microfilm Roll No. , has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
