<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 18, 2003, executed by Joel B. Shafer aka Joel Brian Shafer, single person as
<br />Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as
<br />Trustee, which is recorded in Instrument #0200316460 of Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it
<br />has received payment in full of the Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory
<br />Note secured by said Deed of Trust has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for
<br />cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust
<br />in following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Block Three (3) in Ponderosa Lake Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
