<br />In consideration of the payment of Two Hundred Fifty -nine Thousand Two Hundred and NO /100 Dollars
<br />($259,200.00) from Colonial Savings, F.A. hereinafter "Assignee ") to Geneva State Bank, a Corporation (hereinafter
<br />"Geneva State Bank "), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by Geneva State Bank, Geneva
<br />State Bank grants, assigns, conveys and transfers to Assignee all of Geneva State Bank's right, title and interest in that
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated January 31, 2005 wherein Geneva State Bank is the Beneficiary Joel B. Shafer, a single
<br />person, Trustor, and Geneva State Bank is the Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on V"rWA!rjV,1?AW0 , in Book or Inst #a6VJ50 ( 5a , Page ; both the
<br />Deed of Trust and Assignment describing the folio wing parcel of real property, to -wit:
<br />Block Three (3) in Ponderosa Lake Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Together with the indebtedness described in said Deed of Trust and the money due or to become due thereunder,
<br />including interest thereon.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Geneva State Bank has caused this Assignment to be executed by its Vice - President on this
<br />31" day of January 2005.
