<br />In Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned, Robert K. Poland and Judith K. Poland, husband and wife,
<br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of Lot Three (3)
<br />Island, a part of Lot Four (4) Island, a part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (W1 /2, SE1 /4, SW1 /4) and a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4, SEl /4), all in Section Twenty Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6 t P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section Twenty Three (23);
<br />thence running easterly along the south line of said Section Twenty
