Otto, Attorney at Law, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 8, 2003, executed by Ramiro Lucas and Adalita Lucas, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Rabert E. Schneider and Eunice A. Schneider, husband and wife, are named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded December 10, 2003, as Instrument No. 200315897 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiaries thereunder a written request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, namely: Ramiro Lucas and Adalita Lucas, husband and wife, all the interest and the estate now held by the Trustee through said Deed of Trust in the follow- ing described premises: Lot Eight ($), Block Eighty-four (84) in Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
