<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated May 12, 2000 and executed by Mark J. Rainforth and Thomas R. Rainforth, both
<br />married persons, Crystal J. Rainforth and Joyce J. Rainforth, their spouses, as Trustors, in which Five

<br />Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is Warned as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded as Instrument #0200004031, at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />the 17"' day of May, 2000
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from. Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), B.D.S. Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the perso-~ or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
