<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Barbara J
<br />Nigon and Michael Nigon, wife and husband, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of September 17, 2003, and recorded on
<br />September 19, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200312587, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in
<br />and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lot Two (2), in Block Sixteen (16), in Arnold and Abbott's Addition and its complement
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2), in Spaulding and Gregg's Addition, both being Additions to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
<br />of January 3, 2005.
