Kvols, it's authorized officer, Pinnacle Bank as trustee under <br />j the Trust Deed dated 77-14-2006 and recorded on 7-17.2~Q~ executed by McNelis Development, L.L.C.; a Nebraska <br />Limited Liability Company; as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and Bald bank as trustee, <br />and recorded as Document No.,,,,200606356; and Trust Deed Addendum»Reamortized or Extended Loan recorded on <br />12-19-2008 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska and recorded as Document No. 200810286, has <br />received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums <br />' secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been <br />surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the said bank <br />i by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto, namely; McNelis Development, L.L.C.; a Nebraska Limited Liability Company; the estate now held by <br />it thereunder, to-wit: <br />Lot 3, Block Two (2) Northview First Subdivision, a subdivision In the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In witness whereof, the ersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City, <br />Merrick County, Neb ka, or~1A 8, T,~009. h <br />President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF MERRICK ) <br />On this 28th day of May, 2009 before me, the undersigned a Notary Public in and for said County personally came <br />Scott K.
