<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about 3/10/2006, by Alfredo Ascencion and Blanca
<br />E. Ascencion, husband and wife, as Trustor, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee
<br />for First NLC Financial Services, LLC, DBA The Lending Center, Beneficiary, wherein First American Title
<br />Ins. Co. was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded 3/17/2006 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200602355, in Book xxx at Page xxx.

<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First NLC Financial Services, LLC,
<br />DBA The Lending Center, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to
<br />U.s. Bank N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust,
<br />MortgagePass- Through Certificates, Series 2006.4. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska.

<br />Thomas J. Holthus, Esq. has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed
<br />for record with the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska. Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Thomas J.
<br />Holthus, Esq., will be referred to as GRANTOR.

<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of$85,560.00 and other valuable consideration received from U.S. Bank
<br />N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of Structured Asset I nvestment Loan Trust, MortgagePass-
<br />Through Certificates, Series 2006-4
<br />
<br />hereinafter GRANTEES, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and conform unto GRANTEES the following
<br />described real property in HALL County, Nebraska:

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.

<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:

<br />(I) That Alfredo Ascencion and Blanca E. Ascencion, husband and wife, as Trustor, failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected
<br />to declare the entire unpaid principle balance, together with interest thereon, at once immediately due and payable.

<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on 8/7/2008, In instrument # 0200806807, in Book
<br />xxx at page xxx, in the records of the Register of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska. Within ten (10) days thereafter,
