<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 17, 2003 executed by Laura J Johnson, a Single Person,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #0200305048, on the 24th day of April, 2003, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 701, THE YANCEY, A CONDOMINIUM, A
<br />CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION RECORDED ON
<br />OCTOBER 17,1984, AS INSTRUMENT 84-005507 OF THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF
<br />NEBRASK, RECORDS
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
