<br />dated July 2, 1982, and recorded as Dxument No. 82-002960 in the office of
<br />the Register of I:eeds, Hall County, Nebraska. In consideration of tiloo on said
<br />note to September 15, 1983, boITOwers hereby give the following additional collateral:

<br />1. A real estate IIDrtgage dated July 28, 1983 in the amount of Forty-
<br />'I\\D Thousand Ik:>llars & no/lOO ($42,000.00).

<br />2. A security agreement dated July 28, 1983 on all business assets.
<br />
<br />3. A security agreanent dated July 28, 1983

<br />All other terns and conditions contained in the original note, and real estate
<br />IIDrtgage shall remain the same, and this zrodification and extension agreement is
