<br />of Rents and Leases ("Deed of Trust") dated May 9, 2003, and filed May 9, 2003, as Instrument No 0200305870, of the
<br />Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Monte Hack and Sheri Hack as Trustor, U.5- Bank National
<br />Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full
<br />by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to
