<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.

<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 213 for 300 shares of the common stock of

<br />We warrant that we are the owners of the above-described property, improvements and
