<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by, Michael D. Raasch and Diane K Raasch, as Husband and Wife as Trustor, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, May 13, 2003. Filed as Instrument Number 2003-07667 and
<br />recorded on June 18, 2003 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb,
<br />Rev, Stat, Section 76-1001):
