The FEDERAL HOME LOAN 1ORTGAGE CORPORATION is the <br />Assignee of a certain mortgage bearing the date July 23, 1979, <br />made and executed by William L. Buxton and Dixie M. Buxton in <br />favor of Evans Financial Corp., such mortgage was recorded as <br />instrument number 79- 004b7l, recorded on July 30, 1979 with the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. By Assignment of Mortgage dated August 14th, 1985, <br />Evans Financial Corp. assigned all of its interest in the <br />above - described mortgage to the FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE <br />CORPORATION (Document No. 85- 005107). <br />3. On the 4th day of October, 1985, William L. Buxton <br />and Dixie M. Buxton executed a Deed to the FEDERAL HOME LOAN <br />MORTGAGE CORPORATION for property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 20, WHITE'S SUNNY SLOPE SUBDIVISION, part of <br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 9, <br />Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., HALL COUNTY, <br />ITEBRTiSR1l <br />Such real estate is the same real estate subject to the <br />Mortgage referenced herein. <br />4.
