NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Homestead
<br />Savings, a federal savings and loan, is Plaintiff, and Thomas L.
<br />Peterson and Theresa L. Peterson, Husband and Wife, et al., are
<br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an
<br />accounting from the Defendants, Thomas L. Peterson and Theresa L.
<br />Peterson, Husband and Wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a
<br />certain Mortgage executed by Thomas L. Peterson and Theresa L.
<br />Peterson, Husband and Wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated
<br />January 7, 1983, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 10, 1983, as Document
<br />No. 83- 000176, which was assigned to Banco Mortgage Company, on
<br />January 12, 1983, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 21, 1983, as Document
<br />No. 83- 000373, and subsequently assigned to Homestead Savings,
<br />on September 25, 1984, and recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 9, 1984, as
<br />Document No. 83- 005299, wherein Thomas L. Peterson and Theresa L.
<br />Peterson, Husband and Wife, conveyed to Plaintiff the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), except the Northerly Twenty Three (23) Feet
<br />thereof, Block Twelve (12), Claussen Country View Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County. Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Thomas L. Peterson and Theresa
<br />L. Peterson, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to
<br />have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount
<br />so found due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose
<br />the Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim,
<br />demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real
<br />estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and
<br />further relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
