107163 <br />as-- <br />LIS PENDENS <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, is <br />Plaintiff, and David M. Bewley, et al, are Defendants, the object <br />and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said <br />Defendants of the amount due Plaintiff on the mortgage dated the <br />1st day of June, 1979, and filed in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 1st day of June, 1979, as <br />Document No. 79- 003423, wherein David M. Bewley and Therese A. <br />Bewle mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff the following described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Twenty -one (21) in Meadow Lane Subdivision, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of David M.
