EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT 86-107142. <br />WHEREAS, on, August ,8 1984 , Goodwin Construction Company, Inc. <br />borrowed from orwen st Hank Gran37slan , National Association, now known as Norwest t5anK <br />Nebraska, National Association <br />the principal sum of Twenty -one Thousand Five <br />Hundred and no /100ths----- - - - - -- DOLLARS ($ 21,500.00 ) at 13.50 $ per annum, and ;gave to said <br />Bank a promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows: <br />One payment of principal plus accrued interest due and payable on February 5, 1985. <br />and WHEREAS said note is secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by <br />Goodwin Construction Company, Inc. , and legally described as follows: <br />Lot Three (3) of Wolfe's Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />84- 004180, <br />85- 001663, <br />85- 004350, <br />86- 101207 & <br />said mortgage /deed of trust being dated August 8 19 86, and recordedas DOC.
