WHEREAS, on, August ,8 1984 , Goodwin Construction Company, Inc. borrowed from orwen st Hank Gran37slan , National Association, now known as Norwest t5anK Nebraska, National Association the principal sum of Twenty -one Thousand Five Hundred and no /100ths----- - - - - -- DOLLARS ($ 21,500.00 ) at 13.50 $ per annum, and ;gave to said Bank a promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows: One payment of principal plus accrued interest due and payable on February 5, 1985. and WHEREAS said note is secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by Goodwin Construction Company, Inc. , and legally described as follows: Lot Three (3) of Wolfe's Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 84- 004180, 85- 001663, 85- 004350, 86- 101207 & said mortgage /deed of trust being dated August 8 19 86, and recordedas DOC. NO. #'s 86- 107085 in the Mortgage Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until December 8 19.BZ, and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 11.00 % per annum on the unpaid balance and said Bank has consented to so extend the time of payment: NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above - described mortgage/ deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as fo.�gL+gZ Interest to be paid monthly commencing January 8, 1987, with a final payment of principal plus accrued interest due and payable on December 8, 1987.
