Woolworth and Elizabeth J. Woolworth, Husband and wife <br />( "Borrower "). The trustee is <br />Ticor Title Insurance ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is <br />The Greeley National Bank which is organized and existing <br />under the laws of Colorado and whose address is P.O. Box 1098 <br />Greeley, Colorado 80632 ( "Lender "). <br />Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED and 00 /100 - - - - -- <br />----------------------- - - - - -- -Dollars (U.S. s 37 ,400.00 ).
