i <br />86- 107095 <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />HILDA MINOR, formerly HILDA WHITEFOOT, and JAMES F. MINOR, <br />her husband, GRANTORS, in consideration of THIRTY THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($30,000.00) received from ROGER B. WHITEFOOT and JANET <br />F. WHITEFOOT, husband and wife, GRANTEES, convey to GRANTEES, as <br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Section 76 -201, Reissue <br />Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943) situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Four (4), Gilbert's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as surveyed, plated and recorded, <br />subject to covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements of <br />record, visible easements, and zoning laws, rules and <br />regulations. <br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEES, as <br />follows: <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the <br />real estate is free of encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEES; and <br />3.
