EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT 86- ..107085 <br />WHEREAS, on August 8 , 1984 Goodwin Construction Company, Inc. <br />borrowed from Norwest t3ank rand =s and, National Association, now known as Norwe <br />Nebraska, National Association <br />the principal sum of Twenty -one Thousand Five <br />Hundred and nO /100ths---- - - - - -- DOLLARS ($ 211500.00) at 13.50 % per annum, and gave to said <br />Bank ,& promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows: <br />One payment of principal plus accrued interest due and payable on February 5, 1985. <br />and, WHEREAS, said note is secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by <br />Goodwin Construction Company, Inc. , and legally described as follows: <br />Cot Three (3) of Wolfe's Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />as Doc. #'s 84- 004180, <br />said mortgage /deed of trust being dated August ,819 86, and recorded85- 001663, ��= HA9 9 <br />In the Mortgage Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hatt County, Nebraska, and <br />WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until December 8 <br />19 $fj and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 12.75 % per annum on the unpaid balance <br />and said Bank has consented to so extend the time of payment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above - described mortgage/ <br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as <br />follgvy <br />One payment of principal plus accrued interest due and payable on December'8, 1986. <br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED by and between the parties hereto that all of the terms and conditions <br />of the mortgage /deed of trust and promissory note above- referenced to as extended and amended <br />shall continue in full force and effect except as herein modified. <br />Executed this 8th day of December , 19 86. <br />110R1j ,WX NEBRASKA 21ATION ASSOCIATION Goodwin Constructi n Company, Inc. <br />_. <br />MargIpet M.
