WARRANTY DEED <br />$s_ <br />107 083 <br />STANLEY A. MAIEFSKI, herein called the Grantor, for and <br />in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR AND N01100 ($1.00), <br />love and affection and severance of joint tenancy received <br />from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto ANTOINETTE MAIEFSKI, the following described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Seventy -three (73), Belmont Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's <br />heirs and assigns forever.
