107078 <br />NOTICE OF LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE <br />COMES NOW the Village of Alda, Nebraska, and hereby gives <br />notice of its lien in respect to unpaid charges for water and <br />sewer services in the amount of One Hundred Twenty -Seven and <br />No /100 Dollars ( ;127.00) to the date of this notice. <br />Such lien is for water and sewer service supplied in respect <br />to the real estate legally described as: <br />Lot Five (5) and the Westerly Ten (10) feet <br />of Lot Six (6) of Subdivision of Lot Four <br />(4), County Subdivision of Part of the North <br />One -Half (N}) of Section Five (5), Township <br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the <br />Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />and notice hereof is given under the authority vested in the <br />Village of Alda to enforce such liens in accordance with the <br />provisions of Nebraska Revised Statutes SS 17 -538 and 18 -509 as <br />revised. <br />Dated this 9 day of 1986. <br />I, the undersigned, Village Clerk for the Village of Alda, <br />Nebraska, hereby certify that as of the date of this notice, the <br />above represents a true accounting of all past due accounts for <br />sewer and water service provided to the above - described real <br />estate, and constitutes a valid lien against such real estate <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br />t <br />Village erk <br />
