106951 <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />} ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL } <br />Affiant, KENNETH P. WIESE, also known as KENNETH WIESE, <br />after being duly sworn upon oath, does depose and state as <br />follows: <br />1. That affiant is the surviving_ spouse of JANIE M. WIESE, <br />also known as JAMIE IffRTLE WIESE, who departed this life on <br />November 13, 1986, a resident of Aida, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as shown by the certified copy of the death certificate attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2. That on the date of death, the affiant and decedent were <br />husband and wife and the sole owners as joint tenants with rights <br />of survivorship of that real estate legally described as follows: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty (20), Original Town of <br />Alda, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. That by virtue of the survivorship of affiant, affiant <br />became the sole owner of the above - described property. <br />4. That this Affidavit is given as evidence that pursuant <br />to Section 77 -2003 R.R.S., 1983 Supp., no inheritance tax lien <br />arising due to the death of decedent can attach to the above - <br />described real estate and that pursuant to Section 77 -2012 R.R.S., <br />1983 Supp., no Nebraska estate tax lien arising due to the death <br />of the decedent can attach to the above- described property, and <br />that such property passed on the death of decedent free and clear <br />of Nebraska estate and inheritance tax. <br />5.
