ESTOPPEL AFFIDAVIT OF CRAIG L. MEAD AND CATHI S. MEAD <br />FOR DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE <br />SPATE OF YEBRASKA ) <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Craig L. Head and Cathi S. Head, being first duly sworn depose and <br />state: <br />That they are the Grantors who made, executed and delivered a <br />Varranty Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure to Georgia M. Boltz, dated the 13th day <br />of June, 1985, which conveyed the following described property, to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Eighteen (18), <br />in Mac Coll and Leflang's Addition to the Town of <br />good River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That the aforesaid Deed was intended to be and was an absolute <br />conveyance of the title to said premises to the Grantee named therein and was <br />not and is not now intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance or security of any <br />kind; that it was the intention of said Grantors in said deed to convey to the <br />Grantee therein, all of their right, title and interest absolutely in and to <br />said premises; that possession of said premises has been surrendered to the <br />Grantee. <br />That aforesaid Deed was not given as a preference against any other <br />creditors of the Grantors; that at the time it was given, there were no other <br />persons, firms or corporations other than the Grantee therein named, <br />interested either directly or indirectly in said premises; that Grantors are <br />solvent and have no other creditors whose rights would be prejudiced by such <br />conveyance and that Grantors are not obligated upon any bond or other mortgage <br />
