<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, Commercial Federal Savings and
<br />Loan Association hereinafter referred to as " Lender ", hereby releases the mortgage made to
<br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee ", by
<br />Buck's Moving and Storage, Inc., a corporation on the following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />thence turning a right angle and running in a westerly direction on the North line of 5th street for a distance
