<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, Commercial Federal Savings and
<br />Loan Association hereinafter referred to as " Lender ", hereby releases the mortgage made to
<br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee ", by
