86- 1[(*6 #li . <br />NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />NOTICE is hereby given by ARTHUR D. BARTLETT and ALICE T.. <br />BARTLETT, as Sellers, and DAVID G. BAUERS and LUCINDA L. BAUERS, <br />as Buyers, that the following described real property has been <br />sold under a written installment sale contract dated the 16 day <br />of October 1.986. The property sold under said Contract is <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Twenty Seven (27), Russel Wheeler <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />together with the building and improvements thereon, and all <br />other personal property located on the real estate. <br />The Seller has executed, acknowledged, and delivered a deed <br />conveying the real estate herein, which deed is held in escrow by <br />the escrow agent, Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, pur- <br />suant to the sale contract, which provides that the Seller re- <br />tains a lien on the real property to secure fulfillment of the <br />contract terms by the Buyers. The Buyers are entitled to <br />possession of the real estate from and after the 10 day of <br />October 1986.
