EASEMENT 86-- 10B881) <br />AGREEMENT made this l.& day of October, 1986, between <br />Galen L. Sterner and Delores J. Sterner, husband and wife, <br />party of the first part and Wayne P. Hovland and Annette K. <br />Hovland, husband and wife, party of the second part: <br />WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the owner of a <br />certain parcel of land described as follows: <br />Lot Eight (8) , Block Five (5) , H.G. Clark's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />WHEREAS, the part of the second part is the owner of <br />a certain parcel of land adjoining thereto described as: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Five (5), H.G. Clark's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />WHEREAS, a building currently sits lying on both parcels <br />described above; <br />IT IS AGREED that: <br />1. The party of the second part admits that the true <br />boundary line between the two parcels of land runs under- <br />neath the building, which is used as a garage, currently <br />sitting over both parcels and that said garage stands upon <br />the land of the party of the first part and party of the <br />second part. <br />2. The party of the second part agrees that the party <br />of the first part and any future purchasers of that land, <br />may without further license on hip part, use and enjoy all <br />that portion of said land upon which the garage lies and <br />that the garage may be maintained where it now is. License <br />to use the garage shall continue for as long as the garage <br />shall stand or until the garage shall be torn down or des - <br />troyed. <br />3.
