<br />B & Y BUILDING SUPPLY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, whether one or
<br />more, herein called the Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as
<br />follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate
<br />mortgage dated July 15,. 1976, and recorded on July 16, 1976, as Document
<br />No. 76- 003904 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in consideration of a certain mortgage note for $192,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />obligation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and
<br />accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned
<br />real estate Mortgage, modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />A mortgage note dated July 15, 1976, on which a principal balance
<br />of $64,580.95 now remains unpaid, will be repaid in monthly
<br />payments of $2294.57, applied first to interest and balance to
<br />principal, beginning November 15, 1986 and continuing on the 15th
<br />day of every month until March 15, 1987, at which time the entire
<br />principal balance and accrued interest is daze and payable in full.
<br />Interest will accrue frem October 7, 1986 at 10.0% per annum.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real
<br />estate mortgage dated July 15, 1976, shall remain the same, and this Modification
<br />and Extension Agreement is made a part of the original real estate mortgage by
<br />reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
