106187 <br />LIS PENDENS <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, is plaintiff <br />and Faidley Avenue Limited Partnership, et al., are the <br />defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an <br />accounting from said defendants of the amount due plaintiff on <br />the mortgage dated the 25th day of June, 1980, and filed in the <br />office the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 25th <br />day of June, 1980, as Document No. 80- 003003, wherein Delbert D. <br />Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, husband and wife, Michael L. <br />Neubert and Brenda J. Neubert, husband and wife, and Gary F. <br />Voecks and Judith A. Voecks, husband and wife, mortgaged and <br />conveyed to plaintiff the following described real estate <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2), in Theasmeyer- Neubert Subdivision in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Faidley Avenue Limited <br />Partnership, et al., in said real estate and appurtenances <br />thereto; to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to <br />satisfy the amount so found due, together with the cost of suit <br />and to foreclose the said defendants of all right, title, <br />interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever <br />in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto, <br />together with such other and further relief as to the Court may <br />seem just and equitable. <br />COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LO CIATION, A Corporation, <br />By <br />David H.
