<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />This deed, made this 28 day of October , 19 86 ,
<br />between Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, formerly Norwest Bank Grand
<br />Island, National Association, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association,
<br />formerly Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, Beneficiary; and
<br />Larry D. Coffin and Mae E. Coffin, as husband and wife , Trustors.
<br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure
<br />to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust
<br />Deed, which was filed on may 6, 1985 , recorded in the office of
<br />the Clerk of the County of Hall and identified as document number
<br />g5- no7ifin , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a
<br />certain parcel of real estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />All of Lots Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), in Block Five (5), in South
<br />Grand Island Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, restrictions, and rights of way of record,
<br />AND,
<br />All of Lots Four (4) and Five (5); in Block Eight (8), Rollin's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to easements,
<br />restrictions, and rights of way of record.
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary
<br />has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in
<br />the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said
<br />Trustor(s).
<br />Therefore, the undersigned, Trustee, does hereby release, convey and
<br />quit claim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, claim and demand
<br />whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above- described Trust Deed,
<br />together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or apper-
<br />taining.
