ss- ,105854 ASSIGNMENT OF PROMISSORY NOTE AND DEED OF TRUST This Assignment is by and between; Superior Mortgage, Inc., a corporation (hereinafter referred to as Assignor); and FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as Assignee; WHEREAS, Assignor is the payee under a Promissory Note dated October 15, 1986 , in the principal amount of Two Million and No /100---- - - -- -- -------- - -_ - -_ - -------- - - - - -- ($2,000,000.00 ) Dollars executed by Herbert F Mayer, Jr., an individual as makers, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, to secure said Promissory Note Assignor has received a Deed of Trust from Herbert F Mayer, Jr and Katharine Mayer, husband and wife dated October 15, 1986 and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B; and October 15, 1986 WHICH Deed of Trust WAS RECORDED AS Document #86, PAGE 10585L WHEREAS, Assignee has committed to purchase said loan from Assignor pursuant to its commitment issued September 151 19 86 ; Assignor in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and specifically in consideration of delivery of the purchase price for the purchase of said loan as provided in the September 15, 1986 commitment to purchase said loan, hereby sells, assigns and transfers to Assignee all right, title, and interest in and to the Promissory Note and peed of Trust described above, and property covered thereby, and authorizes Assignee to do every act and thing necessary to collect and discharge the same.
