ss- ,105854 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF PROMISSORY NOTE AND DEED OF TRUST <br />This Assignment is by and between; <br />Superior Mortgage, Inc., a corporation (hereinafter referred <br />to as Assignor); and <br />FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION <br />(hereinafter referred to as Assignee; <br />WHEREAS, Assignor is the payee under a Promissory Note dated October 15, <br />1986 , in the principal amount of Two Million and No /100---- - - -- -- <br />-------- - -_ - -_ - -------- - - - - -- ($2,000,000.00 ) Dollars <br />executed by Herbert F Mayer, Jr., an individual <br />as makers, in the form <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, to secure said Promissory Note Assignor has received a Deed of Trust <br />from Herbert F Mayer, Jr and Katharine Mayer, husband and wife <br />dated October 15, 1986 and <br />in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B; and <br />October 15, 1986 <br />WHICH Deed of Trust WAS RECORDED AS Document #86, PAGE 10585L <br />WHEREAS, Assignee has committed to purchase said loan from Assignor <br />pursuant to its commitment issued September 151 19 86 ; <br />Assignor in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, <br />and specifically in consideration of delivery of the purchase price for <br />the purchase of said loan as provided in the September 15, 1986 commitment <br />to purchase said loan, hereby sells, assigns and transfers <br />to Assignee all right, title, and interest in and to the Promissory Note <br />and peed of Trust described above, and property covered thereby, and <br />authorizes Assignee to do every act and thing necessary to collect and <br />discharge the same. <br />SUPERIOR MORTGAGE, INC. <br />By <br />Executive—Vice President <br />ATTEST: <br />Asst. vice 0�r-isideht <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />'1 <br />COUNTY OF Hall ) <br />Before me, a Notary Public, in and for said county and state personally <br />appeared R S Lancaster and Richard L.
